Ken has been working in the food and beverage industry since he was a young boy. He first started his career in food preparation and cooking for a large supper club. With dreams of one day owning his own restaurant and bar, Ken worked in a variety of positions including management at large restaurants. In addition to his years of experience, Ken attended the Culinary of Art School at College of The Desert in Palm Desert, California. He trained under the direction of Chef Beno, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. In 1996, he established his own business of catering to Southwest Riverside County. From romantic dinners for two to large parties of up to 300 guests, Ken is known for his attention to detail and his creative cooking style. Most of  Ken's work is prepared from scratch and designed with his client in mind. Over the years, Ken has perfected his own recipes and signature items soon to be released in his cook book. From casual outside to formal inside parties to elegant sit down dinners, Ken will prepare an experience appreciated and enjoyed by all.
